This award is determined by peer and community voting, which makes it all the more exciting. As the Director of Talent Acquisition at @rubensteincommunications (9 years this week!), a founding member of our internal Mosaic Council, and a long-time contributor to the Public Relations Society of America's Strategies & Tactics newspaper through my column Hire and Seek, I pour my heart into this work — and moments like these are a gift.
